How do I file a claim for my customers?

Filing claims for customers can be done here: https://help.routeapp.io/hc/en-us

You'll need the customer's Route Transaction ID (given to them in an email post-purchase), their email, and their tracking number if one was provided.

  • If the item is claimed as damaged, photos of the damaged item are required.
  • If the item is claimed as stolen, a brief online police report of the theft is required.
